Sanjeev Sirpal, Esq. graduated magna cum laude from the Florida International University College of Law. While a law student, Sanjeev distinguished himself by earning Dean’s List Recognition and earning accolades in oral and written advocacy.
Sanjeev is a distinguished oralist, having argued in prestigious national and international moot court competitions. Sanjeev has published scholarly legal articles in the areas of civil law and practice, admissibility of scientific evidence, and health law and policy.
Sanjeev has diverse experience in civil litigation holding previous employment at the Regional Counsel’s Office of Civil and Criminal Conflict Resolution of the Third District Court of Appeal region, a personal injury law firm, and Thomson-Reuter –a legal research firm.
Sanjeev has served as an expert for the Swiss National Science Foundation and has worked as a consultant manager at the Florida Department of Transportation.
Sanjeev is a member of the American Inns of Court for Appellate law and practice, the American Bar Association, the Hispanic Lawyers Association, and the Black Lawyers Association.
Sanjeev is fluent in English, French, Creole, Punjabi, and Hindi.
